Serve as an assistant cheer coach within the Waterloo West cheerleading program with duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Position will coach during the Fall season and the Winter season. 

 

1. Support Head Coach’s vision for the program
2. Provide positive leadership for all levels of program
3. Communicate with all stakeholders of the program.
4. Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
5. Commitment to all around success of West High
