Serve as a Baseball coach within the program at the assigned level(s)

 

Essential Job Functions:

1. Support Head Coach’s vision for the program
2. Provide positive leadership for all levels of program
3. Communicate with all stakeholders of the program.
4. Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
5. Commitment to all around success of West High
6. Willingness to coach during the off season as allowed by the IHSAA/IGHSAU
