- Support and help implement the Head Coach's vision for the Girls Wrestling program
- Provide positive leadership for all levels of Girls Wrestling
- Communicate with all stake holders of program.
- Teach life and sport specific skills that will lead to individual and team success
- Commitment to all around success of George Washington Carver Academy
